My Tips For Good Business

In 2012, my company, MC Photography is celebrating its 20th year, using my experience; I would like to take this opportunity to share how we can make every business in Yorkshire great.
Working in collaboration with others can pay off and it helps if you utilise the network you have around you. This will encourage growth and having a good mix of clients in a variety of industries as well as looking for new business opportunities, through social media; free networking events, Chambers of Commerce and associations.

I value each person that you come into contact with and also keep an eye out for people who I would like to build a relationship with, remembering that the customer remains king! … Value them and ensure that they are fully satisfied, shown through little things such as delivering on time & adding a little extra value for no extra charge. Make regular contact with your customers to show you care. It is important for you and your customers that you perfect your profess
ion and be sure to ensure quality and consistency with the service that’s provided. Educating yourself is a good way to achieve this so that you can provide customers with the best service possible. Make sure your website is professional and reflects your brand in a way you’re proud, I write blogs to keep people interested up to date. To see how I do this visit my website at www.mcphotography.co.uk.
If you own a business, create a healthy relationship between you and your business, the main key factor for me is to enjoy what you do with enthusiasm.
